Our Current Schedule of Classes Available...

Pilates - Ottawa Hills Elementary School - OH Community Room
Classes are small, so it's like you're getting personal training.
Mondays - 8:10am - 9:00am
Wednesdays - 8:10am - 9am

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health. All ages and fitness levels can do pilates. Bring a mat and a theraband.

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
